While we do welcome applications for membership into the TTN Family it is important that it be understood that one does not just automatically become a member of the family by virtue of an application.

The regular visitor interested in becoming a part of the TTN Church must realise that when they lodge an application to be a part of this body, the application is not unto church membership, but rather unto sonship.  Joining TTN is not joining an organization, a system or a congregation; it is in fact a becoming part of a household, becoming a son in the house.

This implies understanding that the commitment one makes is a commitment for life.

Just as you cannot divorce or separate yourself from your natural parents, or family, so you cannot divorce or separate yourself from your spiritual parents and family once you have been grafted in by the Master.

It is therefore very important that we know, for your, and our sake, that this is indeed the household and family God has chosen for you and sent you to as the Word clearly states in Deuteronomy 12:5;

5 But you are to seek the place the LORD your God will choose from among all your tribes to put his Name there for his dwelling. To that place you must go; NIV

It is furthermore also of utmost importance that you be in agreement with that which we believe in as a household of faith (Amos 3:3).

Part of the process of becoming a son in the house entails having visited the TTN church and undergoing an interview, during which the values of this family as well as the implications of sonship are discussed.
